Fiadon (Corsican; pl. Fiadoni) is a Corsican cheesecake without a substrate made of brocciu, sugar, lemon zest and egg. [1] Fiadone may have a round or rectangular shape: baked and served cold. In the Italian regions of Abruzzo and Molise, the big sweet ricotta stuffed ravioli served mostly at Easter is known as Fiadoni.
